Sculpture "Point to the eye" (Jiri Kočica, Zoran Srdić Janežič, 2012, glass, pipette, gels for sequencing proteins)
Sculpture is made to be a part of exhibition and also to be a part of performance, conducted by Zoran Srdić Janežič. In the performance Zoran puts the nano-portrets, made of DNA into his eyes. So the smallest possible portraits gets into his eyes as kind of dust. This action cause tears in his eyes and he tries to catch those tears into little bottle Similar tear catchers were used in different ancient cultures.
